By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to

If payment has already been made and you cancel your order, or the seller does not deliver, LakeHub or our agents shall not be liable in any way for refunds.
Prices & Payment
The price of goods is as quoted on the Site. Prices exclude delivery cost and are liable to change at any time as per the market prices, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a dispatch confirmation. Payment for all orders must be made by cash on delivery or mobile money transfer as indicated on the Site. Neither LakeHub nor any Chichwa’s agent shall handle any payments for the goods.
Delivery
The customer will bear the cost of delivery. In case the vendor does not have a preferred delivery bodaboda, Chichwa team may recommend. Quantity ordered will be adhered to as much as possible.The delivery dates stated by the sellers are always approximate and failure to meet the delivery time will not result in default or in the forfeiture of any rights. The buyer is obliged to take delivery of the goods bought at the time they are delivered, or at the time they are made available to the buyer in accordance with the agreement.
Disclaimer Liability
Neither LakeHub nor any Chichwa’s agents, affiliate, or content providers shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of use of this platform or inability to gain access to or use the service or out of any breach of any warranty. Customers hereby expressly acknowledge that the provisions of this section shall apply to all content on this platform.
